Questions

Do you use truck-mount or portable extractors?

Both. Truck-mount for volume in accessible driveways. Portable units for suites, parkades, and tight access. The first visit is when we decide which belongs on the job.

Why does the first visit matter so much?

Standing water that sits overnight migrates into cavities. Extraction on arrival limits that spread and gives us honest first readings for the drying log.

Will you extract from under the floor?

When water has reached the subfloor we extract there, not only the surface. Surfaces can look dry while cavities stay wet.

How soon can you arrive in Metro Vancouver?

Tier 1 municipalities are a 60-minute worst-case target. Call (604) 968-5835. A person answers and dispatches.

Is extraction billed separately from drying?

Emergency call-out and labour are on the published rate card. Equipment for drying is billed to target and capped at five days. See pricing.

What should I do before you arrive?

Shut the main valve if it is safe, kill power to wet areas, keep people and pets out, and photograph everything. Do not use a household vacuum on sewage.
