Water damage insurance claims in Metro Vancouver

If you are claiming water damage through home insurance, we build the file an adjuster can actually use. Photographs of the loss, moisture readings, the water category, which materials got wet, a daily drying log, and a written rebuild scope once the building is dry. We send the same package to you and to the insurer — not a verbal recap after the fans come out.

We restore the building. We do not decide what the policy pays. Your deductible, depreciation, and whether sewage backup is on your wording are questions for your broker or the insurer. Many BC home policies cover a sudden burst pipe or supply-line failure, and exclude slow seepage, groundwater, and some backups. Read the policy. We will still extract and dry either way.

Work billed to an insurer follows that insurer's programme rates. If you pay yourself, you get the published rate card — the same numbers on the pricing page. No second price after the fact.
