Questions

How long does structural drying take?

Many residential losses close in three to five days when extraction is prompt. Cavities lag surfaces. We do not pull equipment because the floor feels dry.

What is a drying log?

A record of moisture readings at marked points, each day, until every point meets the target. You can ask for it. We publish the method because it is how we close jobs.

Why not stop when surfaces read dry?

Surfaces read dry days before cavities do. Stopping there is where callbacks, odour, and mould come from.

Do you follow IICRC S500?

Yes. Equipment count and placement follow IICRC S500 psychrometrics for the space, not a guess. Ask for the crew's certification numbers when we arrive.

Will hardwood survive?

Often, if we reach it before cupping sets. Rescue mats and injected drying are on the rate card. Some floors still need refinish after they dry flat.

What does drying cost?

Air movers start at $54.55 per day, dehumidifiers at $158.40, capped at five days without written approval. Full card on the pricing page.
