About Calder Restoration
We are a 24/7 water damage restoration crew in Metro Vancouver. Burst pipe, flooded basement, sewage backup, or a storm through a window well — a person answers the phone, a van leaves, and we extract, dry to a documented target, and rebuild.
Who picks up at 3am is someone who can dispatch, not a voicemail. Two crews sit on call. The worst-case response in Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, North Vancouver, West Vancouver, and Richmond is sixty minutes. Outer municipalities are slower on purpose — we print the minutes rather than invent them.
The job is the file. Photographs, moisture readings, a daily drying log, and a written rebuild scope once every marked point meets target. Equipment is capped at five days. Rates are on the site, not quoted after the fans are running. The same crew that opened the wall hangs the board.
Work follows IICRC S500. The crew is covered under WorkSafeBC. We carry commercial liability and pollution cover on the trucks. Licence numbers sit on the invoice and on the van — ask for them when we arrive.
